The other day I bought some Elmlea by mistake (thinking it was cream). When I looked at the ingredients I was shocked to see that it contains 26% hydrogenated vegetable oils!
Presumably people buy Elmlea in an attempt to be healthy, so how come it contains these killer fats? Read more »
